Return/Refund Policy
WHAT IF THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY ORDER?
Although I do my best to make sure everyone's order is perfect, I am just one person and mistakes do happen occasionally. If you receive the wrong order or if your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 business days of receiving your order at kandcsupplyco@gmail.com so that I can make things right!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Because all items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns unless there is something wrong with your purchase. Prior to purchasing please refer to the sizing chart provided for each product to ensure you are ordering the correct size.
Sizing
HOW ARE YOUR ITEMS SIZED??
Each product will have a size chart with measurements in the attached product pictures. Please note that all of our apparel is unisex. I would recommend sizing up for an oversized fit. Tees and sweatshirts are pre-shrunk, but could still shrink up to 5%
DO YOU OFFER ADDITIONAL SIZES BEYOND S-2XL??
Yes!! Due to space constraints I am not able to have additional sizes on hand but I am always happy to order custom sizes and most of my items can be ordered in sizes XS-5XL. If you would like a size that is not listed as available on my website please email me at kandcsupplyco.com with the size/design/desired color and I will do my very best to get back to you within 24 hours if you reach out Monday-Friday
Shipping/Processing times
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP??
Because this is a one women run business, processing times are typically between 2-4 weeks. If you need your order sooner, please email me BEFORE purchasing.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE??
Once an order has shipped, US orders typically take 3-8 business days to arrive but shipping may take longer due to USPS delays. If you need your order faster, you can purchase expedited shipping for an additional cost at checkout.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is packaged you will receive a tracking number via email!
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
Right now we are currently only shipping to the United States! If you are a customer located outside of the US, please order through my Etsy shop (kandcsupplyco.etsy.com)
MY ORDER WAS RETURNED TO SENDER, WHAT DO I DO?
Please double and triple check your address prior to checking out! If your order if returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to send your order back.
